The Surest Idea and Practice for a Long Happy Life

The Surest Idea and Practice for a Long Happy Life

- Two Pairs of Words to Remember: Circulation - Nutrition and Energy -  Ability

Success or failure in managing relationships with our own life and those with our immediate, intermediate, and distant families, relatives, friends, coworkers, organizations, society, country, and the world will dictate if we will be happy or not in life.

Technically, the task of managing all these relationships is all what we do in daily living whole day long.

To be successful in managing any relationship, we need:
    To possess sufficient energy and ability to effectively interact with our internal and external
    environments so to make good and right decisions and then take good and right actions.

Then we can have the best possible hope to have good and right results from what we do.

Where do we get the needed energy and ability? Simple and clear.

It comes from practicing the high quality direct self-service, which is similar to what the former US President Kennedy stated: Ask not what your country can do for you, but ask what you can do for
your country. Direct self-service consists of the following five ingredients:

   1. eat, enjoy, and control foods, and don't let foods control us;
   2. keep up quality daily mental and physical exercises, but avoid any form of overindulgence
       and obsession;
   3. sleep sound and well for at least 6 to 8 hours every single day;
   4. meditate to reinforce spiritual and physical connection, and pray if religious;
   5. follow currently available reasonable, realistic medical advice as needed.

Practicing the above, all willing persons, slowly and surely, will gain their best possible mental and physical health and composure; so, be more functional to learn and retain more of what they learn, be more productive in taking on personal or professional chores and tasks, be more independent and less burdensome.

In short, high quality direct self-service will assure us to have an effective free-floating circulation to bring and distribute all needed nutrition to nurture all tissues and organs of our bodies. Thereby, we will more energy and ability to handle our daily living of managing all relationships with the surrounding.

Now you capture and secure the key to live a longer and happier life.

Synopsis of Life and Peace

Synopsis of Life and Peace
James Chin-Ti Lin, M.D., certified urologist, award-winning author, public speaker, copywriter

The universal goal of life is to look nicer, feel better, and live longer. Medical care is merely to help people accomplish this goal to its best possible fullest.

The very motive to live is to survive, to grow, and to last; this truth applies to the fate of all entities, maybe individuals or any size of groups.

Technically, life and daily living is a process of constant struggle to manage a long list of relationships ranging from the one with our own life to those with immediate, intermediate, and distant family members, relative, friends, coworkers, organizations, institutions, societies, our own nation, and the world.

The success or failure in managing them decides if we will be happy or not, but relies on if we have enough energy and ability to make good and right decisions and to take good and right actions so to generate good and right results from what we do.

To keep up a relationship, we have to balance and reciprocate asserting our rights and fulfilling our obligations so peace can emerge, maintain, sustain, and last. If not, a relation will doom to crush, imperil, and end; peace will never last.

How can we look nicer, feel better, and live longer and possess enough energy and ability? The answer and solution to this quest is to keep up quality nutrition and circulation

Then how can we make this dream goal come true?

The surest regimen to conquer this quest is take the Magic Pill for a Long Happy Life with the following five ingredients:
  1. Eat, enjoy, and control foods, and don't let foods control us;

  4. meditate to reinforce spiritual and physical connection, and pray if religious; and

The Surest Regimen to Live a Long Happy Life

Hi! All my Dear Fellow Human Beings,

I would like to welcome and congratulate you for clicking on this video. Why? It is because your clicking on this video tells me that you have searched the Internet and looked for the answer on how to live a long happy life for quite a while. Now you have come to the right spot at the right moment, and, right on the spot, I will bring you the right answer.

My almost 72-year personal and 46-year professional life experience has inspired me to crystallize  the following refined ideas on how to live a long happy life for you.

At present, I am 72 and my life still goes strong and active not only as an almost 45-year active vibrant husband for a beautiful woman, a ready-supporting father of two successful grown children, and a playful grandfather of four lovely grandchildren but also as a full-time busy urological surgeon at a federal institution.

I love my life every single minute because I possess enough readily available energy and ability to deliver the actions of care, love, and service to my wife, my children, my grandchildren, my patients, and many others like you.

You may wonder how I can live a life like that. It’s because I have practiced these ideas every single day and proved practicing these ideas has kept me going and rolling strong and active every single minute. Although these ideas have been known to all of us and become our commonsense for ages, unfortunately, most of us just flatly ignore them.

Now, I combined all these ideas on how to live a long happy life together to produce the Magic Pill for a Long Happy Life for you, which consists of the following five ingredients:

     1. Eat, enjoy, and control foods, and don't let foods control us;
     2. have quality mental and physical exercise every day, but avoid any overindulgence and obsession;
     3. sleep well and sound for 6-8 hours every single day;
     4. meditate to reinforce spiritual and physical connection, and pray if religious; and
     5. follow currently available reasonable realistic medical advice as needed.

Taking this Magic Pill regularly every day, I guarantee all willing persons, slowly and surely, will have their best possible hope to look nicer, feel better, and live longer, that is, to live a long happy life.

How can I be so sure? Simple and clear. Because practicing these five points regularly to implement a healthy lifestyle will make all willing persons to gain better mental and physical health and composure. Thereby, they will become more sensitive, specific, and effective to interact with their own inside and outside environments. In other words, they become more functional and capable to learn and retain more of what they learn; so can we.

As a result, we can make better and right decisions and take better and right actions to manage our daily living; inevitably, we can not only expect producing better and right outcomes from what we do but also capture and secure a better sense of comfort and control of life; naturally, real and real happiness will arrive at our hearts and stay with us forever.
At the end, we are more productive, more independent, and less burdensome than ever.

Wouldn't we like to enjoy this scenario of living? I am sure you do, I do, and we all do. Why? Fulfilling this scenario of living wouldn't cost us an extra penny because we already possess all what we need inside to transform ourselves to make our common dream to live a long happy life come true.

If you think that taking the above magic pill to modify lifestyle as described is too difficult to follow, please just think and think again to realize the following five facts - ingredients- of life, together, I call it as the Magic Pill to Push Up for a long happy life as follows:

     1. Nothing is free and everything comes with a price;
     2. only time and life are truly priceless and irreplaceable, and only the passage of both is truly forever,
         not diamonds as commercially promoted;
     3. medication, surgery, sweet talk, and sympathy in the long run would not help us much; but, both
         empathy to realize, understand, and accept the truth and facts of life and action from us
         together will make a real difference to our life;
     4. no one else can do this for us, not medication and surgery alone, but our own selves; and
     5. remember: No other regimens can make us to a long happy life than what I just described and
         shared with you.

The Best Possible Birthday Gift for America

The Best Possible Birthday Gift for America

Nowadays, we send our best possible birthday wish and gift to someone we care and love. We accept this practice as the norm of our social grace for most people around the world.

What do we wish about for the ones on their birthday? And what would be the best possible birthday gift for them? Of no doubt, we wish them be healthy, be happy, and long live.

On this date, July 4, 2013, of our celebrating the 237th birthday of America, I uploaded my first video in life to YouTube to join all American and worldwide wellwishers to present my best birthday wish and gift for America. If we really wish America be healthy, be happy, and long live, we have to wish ourselves the same first because the strength and characters of a group – as small as a couple or as large as a country or the world with most in between - represent the ultimate accumulation of the strength and characters of all its participating members; so be it for America.

Here is my birthday gift for all and America, the Magic Pill for a Long Happy Life, consisting of the following five ingredients:
  1. eat, enjoy, and control the foods, and don't let foods control us;
  2. have quality mental and physical exercise every day, but avoid any overindulgence and obsession;
  3. sleep well and sound for 6-8 hours every single day;
  4. practice meditation to reinforce spiritual and physical connection, and pray if religious; and
  5. follow currently available reasonable medical advice as needed.
Taking this Magic Pill regularly every day, I guarantee all willing persons, slowly and surely, will have their best possible hope to look nicer, feel better, and live longer.

How can I be so sure? Simple and clear. Because practicing these ideas regularly to implement healthy lifestyle will make all willing persons gain better mental and physical health. Thereby, they become more sensitive and effective to interact with their inside and outside environments. In other words, they are more functional and capable to learn and retain more of what they learned than ever; so can we.

As a result, we can not only make better and right decisions but also take better and right actions to keep our life going and rolling. Inevitably, we can expect better and good results from what we do. Timely, we can capture and secure a better sense of comfort and control. Naturally, real and real happiness will arrive at our hearts and stay with us forever. At the end, we are more productive, independent, and less burdensome than ever.

Don't we like to enjoy this scenario of living? I am sure you do, I do, and we all do. Why ? Because this scenario of living wouldn't cost us an extra penny and all of us already have what we need inside to transform ourselves to make the common dream to live a long happy life come true.

That is my best possible birthday gift for America, what is yours?

Return to Happiness – fast, sure, and real

Return to Happiness – fast, sure, and real

by James Chin-Ti Lin, M.D. , a board-certified urologist, award-winning author, public speaker

Why are we not happy? And how can we return to the land of happiness? These two questions have bothered most of us. To find their answers, day in, day out, we wade and sift through both the information flooding in the Internet and any subject-related articles that we can get hands on; but we are still dismayed with what we found because real happiness has never arrived and stayed as wished.

Then, where and how can we find the answers to these questions? In reality, the answers to them has lay around us every day within the reach of common sense, however most of us just simply ignore their calling on how to regain and return to the land of happiness.

Where and what are they? Just look at the scene of babies' crying and imagine why babies cry. The answer to these questions by common sense always quickly emerges and utter to us that the babies cry because they cannot get what they want, like, love, and need. For adults, what could happen if we cannot get what we want, like, love, and need? We, adults, disappoint just like babies but in a different way, that is, we don't cry lightly in the public, but instead inside the darkness of privacy and behind closet.

Let's ask ourselves why we cannot get what we want, like, love, and need. At this moment, just exploring imagination and opening up mind to search for their answers, common sense again will knock door to tell us if we expect to have good result from what we do to meet what we want, like, love, and need, we have to conquer two challenges throughout the course of any action we take.

What are these two challenges? They are our ability to make good and right decision and to take good and right action. Only we can make good and right decision and take good and right action, and we can expect to have good and right outcome from what we do to momentarily satisfy our wishes so we may feel comfortable and in control. Then and inevitably, real happiness will emerge and arrive at our hearts and stay with us forever. It is that simple.

So, how can we make good and right decision and follow with taking good and right action? Again, the essence of another hint of common sense comes to inspires us that we ought to have sufficient energy and ability to conquer the two challenges for making good and right decision and taking good and right action.

Where do the needed energy and ability come from? Does medication, surgery, sweet talk, and sympathy enable us to acquire energy and ability so to conquer these two inherent challenges of action? No, absolutely not. Or from something else?

My almost 70-year personal and 45-year professional life experience has spoken to and inspire me to realize, crystallize, and compile the following five points to form the surest regimen for a long happy life to reinforce and modify lifestyle, from which we will surely gain energy to accumulate our needed ability. They are:
  1. eat, enjoy, and control foods, and don not let foods control us,
  2. have quality mental and physical exercise every day, but without overindulgence and obsession,
  3. sleep well and sound for 6-8 hours every single day,
  4. meditate to reinforce spiritual and physical connection, and pray if religious, and
  5. follow reasonable realistic medical advice as needed.
This is the answers to how to return to happiness - fast, sure, and real.

To Live A Realistic Happy Life - the first step to take is...

The First Step to Modify and Change Life for Betterment is Graciously, Responsibly, and Courageously to Realize, Understand, and Accept the Available Truth and Facts of life

by James Chin-Ti Lin, M.D. , board-certified urologist, award-winning author, public speake, copywriter

Following the intention as stated in the title, my almost 70-year personal and 45-year professional life experience has spoken to and inspired me to collect, analyze, and compile what I have seen and discerned the world as a list of my vision on what life is like to share with all people in the world before my permanent life departure.

The following is what I have thus far come up with for you:

Part I: Basic Facts of Life

1. A life is created to look nicer, feel better, and live longer; it is a serious tough business.

2. Life is a process of constant struggle to copy with reality, certainty, and uncertainty of daily living.

3. life is a one-way street of accumulation, modification, and continuation from inception to eternity.

4. And you are the accumulation of your own past including how the way you were born, raised, educated,
    have lived and experienced over lifetime. So, what and who you are not only represents what and who you
    have been but also makes what you will be.

5. For life management, please act to do something sensible and meaningful for the present and future now;
    do not waste your time and energy to dwell on the past; it is never too late to do something effectively
    leading to self-preservation; the key to longevity.

6. Nothing lasts forever except time, space, and potentially, religious eternal life.

7. There is no magic in life and medicine. If any, that is, how we can work together and apply currently
    available knowledge, skills, technology, medication, commonsense, and wisdom at a reasonable time, in
    a reasonable way; then we hope the possible best and have to move along.

8. Medical professionals have never really cured anyone yet, but all what they can do is to apply medication,
    surgery, and lifestyle modification from inside out and outside in to provide our body with the best
    possible inside and outside environments to undergo its best possible self-healing process for optimal
    functional recovery of the impaired organs, but probably never back to their original state.

9. Anything happens to you along the path of life will stay with you forever. And self-preservation is the
    key to longevity. Everything happens to you spiritually and physically will surely leave its mark on the
    path of your life; it will sooner or later reflect somewhere sometime down the path of your life. Therefore,
    always be aware of what everything you do now.

10. We tend to hear only what you like, love, and want, not what you need selectively.

11. A disease is always a process of FULL SPECTRUM, ranging from its early subdue elusive stage to its
      late easily recognizable full-blown picture.

12. A disease is the ending result of lifelong interaction between your internal (genetic, hereditary) factors
      and external (environmental, acquired) factors.

13. A disease is the SAYING from your body, "Enough. That is enough." to you. Please always graciously
      realize, accept, and respect the fact and truth of life and take personal responsibility; there is no one else
      to blame but yourself.

14. The causes of a disease always consist of two aspects (layers):
      a. Underlying causes: the accumulation of ill effects from inevitable aging process and controllable
          lifestyle.
      b. Precipitating causes: accidents, surgery, medication, pain, positioning, anxiety, etc.

15. For general health maintenance, we should adopt the spirit and practice of car ownership with timely
      love-tender service and care for ourselves every single day and every single moment. We are the owner
      of our own body; we need to be constantly gracious, respectful, and loyal in providing direct spiritual
      and physical self-service - healthy lifestyle to our body but, remember, not at expense of someone's
      pain, suffering, and loss.

16. Our body has a tremendous self-healing power; it is processing this job all the time. To keep up this
      wonderful function at its best, we need to always maintain an optimal state of mental and physical
      health through the effort of self-care to self-preservation - healthy lifestyle or the key to longevity.

17. The best possible medical care results from the joint effort of you with self-care leading to
      self-preservation and medical professionals with complementary timely attention.

18. Behind what we know always still hides a lot of what we don't know; be humble and not over-exult.
